The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our romantic escape even more special. We especially appreciated the head barman, who went out of his way to help us get tickets for an AC Milan game. the location of the hotel was ideal, with everything we wanted to see and do within easy reach. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, giving us a great start to each day.

Didn't like: Unfortunately, we did experience a few minor issues during our stay. we noticed that the bathtub in our room wasn't properly cleaned, even after bringing it to the attention of the staff.

Very conveniently located right by the train station, this place offers fantastic service throughout the hotel. The staff, from the friendly receptionist to the helpful bell staff, are always available to attend to every request. The room amenities are just as excellent, comprising an in-room safe, mini-bar and air conditioning. The garden furniture is particularly impressive, allowing you to fully relax and take in the fresh air.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends without hesitation.

As a group of friends, we loved the hotel's central location and its proximity to Milan CBD. The well-appointed and comfortable rooms made our stay enjoyable. The staff were friendly, efficient, and understanding during our check-in. The air conditioning was a blessing, especially during the heatwave, and the bathroom with its comfortable bath and shower provided a relaxing experience. The presence of a hot water kettle in the room was a convenient feature, allowing us to have clean drinking water easily. a great choice for bigger groups of friends.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was amazing, right in front of the central train station and close to the metro. It made it very easy to explore the city and get around. The service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff who were always there to assist with any needs. The room was stylish and modern, with a lovely balcony for some fresh air. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I was extremely pleased with this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this city.

We stayed at Starhotels Echo for our trip to the Italian F1 Grand Prix in Monza. The hotel's location near the Central Railway Station was perfect for our needs, allowing us to easily reach the circuit as well as take day trips to Venice and Rome. The rooms were fresh and modern, and we were pleasantly surprised with free upgrades for two of our rooms. The gym with a terrace was a great addition, offering stunning views of the city. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the hotel's proximity to the station and the underground made exploring the city easy. a fantastic stay.

The location of the hotel is superb, being close to both the Metro and Milan Central station. This makes it very convenient for getting around the city and for those arriving by train. The rooms are modern, clean, and functional, with a nice decor. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing umbrellas on rainy days. Additionally, the hotel offers high-quality food, including options catered from Eataly.

The hotel had brand new facilities, with great rooms and bathrooms by European standards. As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated the nice touch of having a gym with a terrace. The location was excellent, being near the central station but also quiet and safe at night. The AC was powerful and kept our room nice and cool, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other European hotels.
